Unfortunately the website still let's you book notary appointments even when a notary won't be there.
Imagine my surprise when I go for my appointment and are told they're not there and won't be for two more days. If there won't be a notary, block off those days/times so people can't schedule an appointment!
Bottom line, call to confirm your appointment will actually happen!

I was insulted by an employee who called me a "Karen" because I didn't leave to wait outside the door. Only 4 people allowed, but, I only saw 3 because an older couple were together at one register,(who were huddled together). He charged at me and called me a Karen. I was so shocked.

I like the convenience of this store in location to my home. The guy with the long hair needs to have some customer service training. None of us likes to have Amazon returns. Yes, I am guilty of saving up too many returns and making one trip, but he has to realize that without Amazon returns this store would not have a steady business. A little hi can I help you and a smile goes a long way.
If you don’t like your job and the people you serve, it’s time to move on.

I came in to see a huge line out the door. The employees quickly got through the line and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Staff seemed nice, and not the annoyed I would have expected with post Xmas returns.
