If you purchase a label in the APP and show them your QR code they can print the label for you. Quick service in and out.

Great customer service. Very polite and very efficient! My package was held for me because it needed a signature and it was waiting for me when I showed up. Super easy!!

Helpful, efficient staff. Pleasant personality. I did get a good laugh at the fact that this place where you take packages to ship them had an outward-opening door that you must manually pull open (while your hands are full of packages). ??

front desk person didn’t really catch her name was very rude came in due to my package stating it was held at ups she proceded to tell me the app was incorrect and they had never received it.Turned out there was a glitch in the system and package was already out for delivery but they couldn’t find it which made no sense, but was in there delivery truck.

Only been once. Extremely small store. Three workers with 30 customers but fast lane for Amazon returns so that’s nice.

Store staff were very rude during interactions (our delivery guy is great). After a delivery attempt I called the store to hold the package to pick up the next day. When i showed up to pick it up, they said my package was out for delivery so i rushed home and cancelled plans and it never got delivered. Really frustrated with the miscommunication and the rude responses from staff.
