I had a dead SUV arrive on an auto transport trailer. Two gentlemen arrived very fast, within an hour, in a flatbed truck that had a winch. They had a lot of knowledge on how to remove the SUV from the trailer safely and also provided recommendations on several of the best auto shops in town that can diagnose/repair the vehicle. Bottom line: I wouldn't know what to do if it wasn't for their expertise, and they charged a fair price. I would definitely use them again, and if you need a tow, select Tri-State!

Super fast and pleasant experience! They were also very accommodating when there was a miscommunication about what gas station I was at. Hopefully won’t need to use them again but would recommend to anyone needing a tow!

Excellent service. Slid off the road on the way to Chicago and got stuck in a snow drift. My boyfriend was out in the cold (windchill -23 degrees) for about 30 minutes trying to dig us out when Tony came by. He pulled us out no charge.

Tri State got me out of a pickle! My keys went through my snowblower and I had no idea what to do. I had used tristate before so i gave them a call. They worked quickly and efficiently to get me into Ford the same day to get new keys programmed for my car!! THANK YOU TRISTATE FOR SAVING THE DAY! They're all very friendly and great to work with.

I placed a call to Tri-State Towing back in early October, 2023 to take my rig several miles from where I was located in Rochester, MN to a nearby truck repair company. Not even 2 or 3 minutes had passed when I called back to cancel the order as I decided to attempt to drive to the repair site myself. Tri-State refused to refund $350, stating that they had already left the station. This was truly greed in action. Due to their unwillingness to use a little common sense in this particular situation, they don't even deserve a single star.

The tow truck driver was great. However, the person who answers the phone is one of the rudest people we have encountered. For that reason, we won't use this company again.

Tony was absolutely amazing. I was having the worst auto experience of my life, I had been on my way home on an hour commute and hit a deer on a highway. The state trooper called in a different tow company who quoted me about $1600 to tow my still running / driving (the radiator was in rough shape and leaking fluid so it couldn’t make the rest of the trip home) suv 26 miles. Tony went the extra distance for an absolute stranger to help educate me on the current invoice that I had and who to turn the information into, on top of picking up my suv and bringing it where I needed within an hour and had quoted me not even $200 for the same trip. I cannot express how thankful I am for his services and the kindness he has shown me today. I have never written a review in my life and there is no one more deserving of this review. HIGHLY recommend this company if you are in need of auto assistance.

I had a really bad day yesterday and needed a tow about 40 miles. Was so glad l had such a great tow truck driver, Josh. Knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me with everything and more. Got to my car quickly and salvaged the rest of my day. No one better in the biz. Thank you!!.

Tri-State is hands down the best towing service in the area. Whether you are transporting a lowered exotic car or needing a response to an emergency ,they do it all, and the do it with knowledge and professionalism second to none(and a smile). They have state of the art equipment and the owner is on site making sure the level of service is super high. They really care about you and your car . Also , their prices are more than fare. I called them late wednesday with an important transport in the cities and they were able to get to it immediately. Tony arrived the next morning and experted loaded the car up and unloaded it in Rochester, perfect! Thanks To the whole team at Tri-State!
