TSBM in Rochester has been great for us over the years. As a small business we need reliable equipment, sales and service. Mike Rand has gone above and beyond for us to make sure we have what fits our needs. He always looks out for us and does not try and sell us things we do not need. He is the best sslesperson we have ever worked with!We also recently needed a service call for our copy machine. We called late morning and a technician was here later that day. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed our machine and we were back using it within an hour.If you want someone who cares, Mike Rand and his team are the best!

I have worked with Tri-State business machines for over five years now. We use them for both of our chiropractic businesses. Mike Rand is our go to and deals immediately to any concerns or issues we have. We are lucky to have this business in our community and I highly recommend!
