“I’ve tried several other transportation companies in the Rochester area and Swift Ride is definitely the one I plan to make our go-to.
Customer service: The dispatcher and driver were very courteous and communicative for pickup and drop off.
Timeliness: The company gave us us a clear window of time and came earlier letting us know they were at our home and we could take our time.
Vehicle and Trip: The driver was very gentle and made my elderly mother feel safe throughout the trip and their vehicles have the most up to date technology.
Finding a reliable transportation company has been difficult and I’m glad that’s one less thing we have to worry about.”
