If you need help finding something this is not the store you want,2 different employees walk by me and didn't ask if I needed help they weren't doing anything except going up front to stand and chat with cashier. When i checked out I told them it's been dark for over a hour and their hiway sign was not on they just giggled.1. Sign not on ,people end up down at fleet-farm! I believe they carry just about everything you do.2. Instead of standing around chatting why not face the shelves in that messy store. Or maybe check overstock and stock ? if your doing this you have a chance to help customers and maybe increase sales.3. by asking customers to help you have a chance to upsale or suggestive sale. By not doing this you have none.Being a retired retail manager in my opinion at this store your wasting payroll. I was at this store on 12-14-2023 at 6:40pmThe reason I said anything about the sign, I am from out of town and drove right by the store the first time.

We had bought a sprayer for a UTV and the pump went bad. They called the company and ordered a pump for us and took care of the warranty. They were very good to work with. Not sure how to spell his name correctly but I will try to get close- Joshiah? Sorry if I butchered it. He was very helpful. Thank you again.

Staff is extremely nice. Most of the time I go in there to look at the baby chicks. The rest of the store I don't really care for, but that's okay. I really love the shirts that have chickenisms on them.
