“I needed a jump start in a parking ramp. It was well below zero.
They were there in 20 minutes, called with updates, and were incredibly nice, patient people.
I had bought a little battery jumper and tried it, but it didn't work - I also wasn't sure how to really use it. They were kind enough to show me how, even in this cold! It was also drained, and they used their jumper.
I felt dumb, but they reassured me and gave me advice on my battery.
I haven't had much experience with tow companies, but this was above and beyond in my book. Thank you so much!”
