Using this place was an absolute nightmare. They told us they’re need our car for 5-6 days and it’s now been 20 and they’re telling us they need another 8-9 days. And all this time we are paying for a rental car. And all we needed to have repaired was the front bumper and washer fluid tank. It was a very small job that was less than $2500. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. Never will we do business with them or their car dealership again. Save yourself the frustration and money and go elsewhere.

I scheduled a Monday morning appointment for a $3200 door repair. After having my truck for 3 days and not a word from them I stopped in to check on their progress. They told me they found $1300 more damage than their estimate and were waiting for the insurance company to approve it. Maybe you should call the owner and let them know that? Long story short they won't be doing the repairs and I would never give them any of my business again.

Called and scheduled an appointment to fix a Tesla door that had been hit by a deer. It was three weeks out, and I was not told that they couldn’t order Tesla parts. I show up three weeks later all to be told I can’t order Tesla parts. I should’ve been told this on the initial call to schedule the appointment. Also, the guy who helped me there didn’t know anything about Teslas and when I offered to show him how to work the car, he told me he didn’t wanna know. I’ve wasted three weeks when I could’ve just made an appointment with Tesla directly. I thought I would keep the business local but that’s the last time I do that.

Super disappointed experience, never waste your time and money here. I sent my car for bumper replacement and I was told it won't take more than 5 days, and then they said they found more damages, need another week, and a week after I called, they said they are working on it, will be done in two days and two days later, I called, they said they might call me next week!!!!!!I am paying for the rental car when my vehicle is in their shop and yet, they have not get that thing fixed in three weeks!I am soooo disappointed.--- UpdateThis review was written before my visit in person in the shop where I met the Supervisor, Scott. I am satisfied by how efficient and frank he was and of course the way he handled this situation. Hope the communication can be improved for future services.Service: Body & Trim
