Tiffany and Jason are a team but we primarily interacted with Tiffany. She was extremely informative when we discussed the plan for our house sale. She was extremely clear on what she would do, expectations from us, and was available for any questions. She brought in someone to provide staging recommendations and take photos. She watched the market from the time of our initial talks to the days before we went on the market. We had a thoughtful conversation on house pricing in the current market and she also kept into consideration we wanted the house to sell quickly. Within 72 hours, our house was under contract and above asking price. Moving is never easy but this was the fastest we’ve ever sold a house.
Tiffany Carey has an extremely good pulse on the market, is extremely motivated, resourceful, and works with a great team. I highly recommend the Carey team for your real estate needs.

1. Why did you decide to make a move?
My husband accepted a position at Mayo Clinic in Rochester!
2. What were you looking for in a Realtor?
We were looking for someone honest and open about things that we knew little about relating to home buying.
3. Why did you choose Tiffany?
We were referred to Tiffany by a colleague. In the first phone call we had with her she explained things in detail without being prompted which was helpful to learn things that we didn't know we had questions about.
4. What did you value most about our service?
We appreciated the accommodation for us not being in Rochester and having online showings. We also appreciated the timely responses from each member of the team.
5. What advice would you give to a potential Buyer or Seller?
Ask all of the questions that you have even if they seem silly. Better to ask and know for sure than question something since this could be the biggest purchase of your life.

I would give six stars if I could. My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jason - or as we like to call him - the man with the crystal ball.
We refer to him as that because everything he said in our initial interview happened almost exactly as predicted. From how long it would be on a market and selling price to time-to-close.
Jason and his team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and efficient. The whole operation runs like a well-oiled machine. I would highly recommend working with them if you have the chance.

When you need some guidance in Real Estate.
I have known Jason for a few years now. He and Tiffany have helped me and my children navigate the aspects of buying and selling houses over those years. Tiffany and Jason helped us in purchasing our first home and I am so thankful for their guidance, expertise and support throughout every single step of the process.
My husband and I lived across the country when we were looking for a home in Rochester, so we relied 100% on them to find us a house that fit our needs. The process of buying a home is stressful enough, but adding the fact that we bought in a peak season + not being able to physically visit these homes in person + having so many other competitive offers on the table, Tiffany and Jason were there in every way I could have imagined to make this the best possible/least stressful experience for us.
We purchased this home virtually, without even seeing it in person, prior to loading up our U-Haul to move in 2 months later. We were so happy to have them be our eyes, ears and nose when it came to seeing which homes would have the best potential and almost 2 years later, we are SO HAPPY with the home they helped us buy.

The Best of the Absolute Best. When it was finally time for me to find my own house, I was apprehensive about finding the perfect realtor and team.
