Went to open an account. I had several checks to deposit, but they only took a few is the checks. He told me that half of the checks were too old to cash. I have never heard of that before. They were a few months old, but not a year old like he acted. I didn’t feel good about opening the account with them. I don’t feel valued and I’m not sure this is the bank for me. I wanted to stick with a credit union, but I’m not sure this is the one for me. I do have another account at the Mayo credit union, might be better to just stick with the one bank.

Just like others have said love to charge but won't help when you need it also like to deny loans even though other places will give you one only reason they give you a gift is to lure you in to get an account

I called this bank today because I’m in the process of transferring everything over to Rochester, and they were SO helpful! I will definitely be banking with them in Rochester. Awesome recommendation!!

Are you an average joe looking for a decent bank? Then look anywhere else.This bank has failed so many in the working class and LOVES LOVES LOVES to CHARGE CHARGE CHARGE. they also love to deny you any assistance they love to deny you any help. I asked for a deferment on my loan which I have never missed a payment on for 2 months. I just needed 2 months to get my life together. And they denied it. Please look anywhere else. I cannot wait to switch to USAA today. Also who wants to go to the bank that is colored fuchsia.Seriously trust me they will never work with you. They will never approve your loan. You were too poor for them you were beneath them. This is no longer a bank for an average working class member. Look elsewhere.

All for supporting local banks / businesses, been banking here 3 years, but customer service is not to par of that of other banks. After hours for customer service is sent to third party with poor results and delays. My wife setup a savings account for our daughter, since she wasn’t asked to have husband on the account and since we share accounts it wasn’t a question whether I had to be on it or not (thinking we are already on all accounts together). Come to find out I cannot access daughters account and to gain access I cannot request a form for my wife to authorize, only my wife can, they wouldn’t even email it to her contacts in file. Seems like very overreaching protection of accounts, especially since it’s evident she is a minor and we are both parents.

I had just recently called to ask about my checking account and the lady transferred me to account security team in which I spoke with a woman named “Missy.” She told me due to some activity my account was closed. I ask about what that activity was and she told me what it was and then mentioned other activity that I wasn’t aware of. So I ask her about the activity and she refused to explain anything to me and kept repeating in an angry tone of voice that my bank account is closed and will not be reopened and was pressing on the other issue with the bank. I told her I was already aware of that and she knows, but she kept ignoring my question about the other activity and what it was and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and the lady transferred me to their supervisor named Daniel. He explained to me that because somebody else wrote me a bad check that was one of the reasons my account was closed which didn’t make any sense to me. After explaining to him about my situation with the lady on the account security team he said if I want he could transfer me to the account security team. I have never experienced customer service as rude as this in my entire life and I’m disgusted.

This bank is terrible. They don't do anything to help their members. No fraud protection. They don't care for anyone but their shareholders. I am happy to have left them for a credit union.

Bring back the cross-account transfer tool to the app or online. Having to talk to someone to move MY MONEY to another Think member is so annoying. Thinking about switching banks after being a customer for years. Terrible customer service. Who thought this was a good idea? Fire them.
