Ryan was super knowledgeable and super patient!! I take a LONG time deciding on shoes and I’m usually unlikely to return to a store if I am made to feel bad about being indecisive or feel like the person is rushing me, which was definitely not the case here. I would highly recommend Terraloco and Ryan, and I will definitely return for my future shoe purchases!

? I've changed my 1 ⭐️ to a 5 ⭐️ and am sharing why:I left a snarky 1 star angry review of the store due to buying a pair of shoes that were not exchangeable. I was never informed that the shoe model I was buying in particular was on clearance and therefore not exchangeable.When I came back in weeks later after deciding they didn't fit exactly right, I was told sorry, they couldn't do anything about it and store policy.I was furious and left my review- in the morning I received a response from the store saying that they DID offer an exchange which made me even more upset because that had not been my experience the other evening.So I called up the store and became that person : "Can I speak with a manager please?"Malorie listened patiently and actively and told me she could make a one time exception for this situation since I wasn't made aware of the store policies when purchasing the clearanced shoes. She was empathetic and easy going about the whole situation and I appreciate her help SO MUCH. The store is very lucky to have her.She went above and beyond to make things right. Wyatt was also very kind when I came into the store today to make my exchange and made sure the shoes fit. ✨️ customer service that is top notch!!!➡️ Overall, I was wrong about the store, they are not "money hungry" as I had previously stated.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars, do yourself a favor and get your shoes from Terraloco.? I deleted my first review for length purposes. Otherwise this would have been a novel. If you got this far, Thanks for reading lol

Very knowledgeable staff helped diagnose my footwear needs. The gate analysis with my intended use and career allowed them to put me in a shoe that the online would would not have been able to prescribe. Additionally it is nice to walk out that day with my purchase. Thanks to them my joint pain was significantly reduced and this was not my experience online. Well done, I will be sure to use them in the future.

I have haglunds deformity which makes it incredibly hard to find shoes that don’t cause pain, but luckily everyone there was extremely helpful and patient. Natasha helped me find running shoes that didn’t cause pain and she was very friendly during my time there. I would highly recommend Terraloco. Thanks Natasha for the great shoes :)

Tracey and Travis are excellent! My friends and I came in looking for some professional advice for what type of running shoes to purchase and despite being super busy they were both so helpful and knowledgeable, the 3 of us left buying 5 pairs of shoes. We had FUN shopping at TerraLoco! I'll be back for sure!

I had been having pain running, so I stopped in here to get my gait analysed. Based on what they saw, they recommended me shoes that completely solved my pain problems, and I'm able to run farther than ever. I'm a customer for life.

Great products. Great customer service. I am not an athlete anymore, however I was having foot pain due to healing from bunion surgery and needing different style of shoes. I also needed a high arch support. I went in and got AMAZING customer service. These people are the best. Even if you are not a runner. They were great. They will help all of us. Thanks so much. Shoes were good, there just weren't nearly as many. I feels more like a athletic clothing store than a shoe store. Service was still very good. It just was odd being there with what seemed like very few shoes.
