“Amazing service! Was able to get into a relatively big storage unit at a great price and then when I went to move my stuff out they had a rental truck ready to go for usage. Honestly, the best place I’ve ever utilized to store my stuff while transitioning to a new location. Great people and amazing service!”
“Great to work with. Had an unfortunate event happen where the renter next door to my unit closed the air vent on their climate controlled unit in the winter and the sprinkler system pipes froze and burst. Luckily, I had no significant water damage. They called me right away to inspect my belongings and then they gave me a few months rent for free for my troubles. Definitely will use again if needed.”

“Great Storage Facility. Make sure you take your time and scope out units when looking sometimes you get come one slightly bigger for the same price as one that is smaller. The two times I've used them to store items were efficient and safe. Sometimes you do find small bugs like spiders, ants or once I even found a dead wasp in my unit but overall they keep a clean facility. I enjoy the climate control as well because no one wants to be moving stuff and sweat even more than you already are. They always give me a full refund on my move outs so I am happy with that as well. You get out of it what you put into it.”

“Nothing but amazing things to say about West Circle Storage! Moving to Rochester from another state, I started renting from them in May 2023 and must say this facility is very well run! It has a nice location, great layout with many options to choose from, excellent lighting and uses a great security system.
