The repairman was professional, it was so great he kept me informed about the repair. Because of him I would use Sears repairman again.

This was a really good experience. Diagnostic was within 2 hours of my call and the process itself was fast. My refrigerator couldn't be saved but not their fault, as good of service as you could ask for.

I was happy that they sent a different Tech out. That found the problem mediately the second time and explain to me in detail. What was wrong said he would call the Insurance Company and let them know. I was very happy with his work.
