Outstanding customer service! SJ Jewelers restored my flailing belief that customer service is on the path to extinction. Warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff make this family owned and operated business my jewelry store staple. The quality of the jewelry is AMAZING. I am in love with my beautiful classic platinum and brilliant cut diamond engagement ring with matching platinum band. They were also able to find a gorgeous setting to remove and set my fiancé's grandfather's sapphire ring into. Very happy customers!

Had an amazing experience with engagement ring shopping here. They were super helpful and even contacted Gabriele and Co. In order to customize my ring setting more by using lab grown diamonds instead of natural. This saved me money and helped put the ring into my price range. They're super knowledgeable, helpful and will help smooth out the entire process. Definitely recommend this place over every other stores I have visited shopping for a ring!

I recently bought a necklace while in Colorado. The chain broke the first day wearing it. I brought it to Derrick and he was able to quickly repair the chain but also suggested 2 other chains that would be more durable but still cute with the charm. He was able to get the new chain and transfer the charm to the new chain. He took care of all this quickly so I could get back to wearing my necklace. Thanks Derrick for your hard work.

Wanted my Dimond bracelet extended to size better. Got it back 3 weeks later. 2 weeks over the estimated time. The diamonds didn't look the same. Took it to another jeweler and he told me that every Dimond in my bracelet was tampered with and probably stolen and replaced. Only place I took it to before was here. I feel violated. I knew something wasn't right about my experience here. I Never will return.

What an incredible experience from start to finish--SJ Jewelers blew me away with how affordable, personable, and extremely efficient they were. I needed an engagement ring resized and soldered to my wedding ring (both purchased elsewhere). SJ Jewelers not only charged 1/2 to 1/3 of what other local jewelers' quoted ($78 total), they also turned it around in less than two days--others had estimated at least 1-2 weeks. They were transparent about any extra fees I might incur if stones needed to be tightened, but this did not happen. This seemingly family-run business impressed me and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Rochester.

Fantastic family-owned business. I don't know the first thing about jewelry and they helped pick out the perfect engagement ring. Everything was really easy and everyone was super helpful. Resizing was also a quick and painless process. Will definitely be coming back for any future purchases!
