Ordered a Mother’s ring back in April/May. It was going to be for mother’s day and my wife’s birthday. So it took around 3 months to get it back and when we got it back it looked like a child engraved the names on the ring and the size was wrong. So they sent it to a 3rd party to get it redone to look better. That
Took another 3ish months and when my wife called to check on it they didn’t have a work order or know anything about it. Finally got it back and when we got it back the names are very faint and they didn’t size the ring. So now we had to send it back in. I wouldn’t buy another piece of jewelry from here again.

DAN is by far and away the most incredible and knowledgeable associate to work with! He has personality for DAYS, knows his jewelry inside and out, answered all of our questions without ever making us feel like we were an inconvenience, annnnnd got us the best price around for the highest quality diamond!! The staff at Rogers & Hollands Apache Mall always go above beyond to help meet our needs. We went in to get a memorial necklace fixed 4 days before my wedding. Dan helped us find a solution and even had the necklace back to us with in 3 days!!

Just had the exact same experience as Kelly P outlines in her post with regards to them not being able to find where I had brought my ring in for inspection and now it appears one of the prongs is cracked so they recommend 're-tipping'...which Jenna said is basically replacing all of the prongs to fix the crack. I got an uneasy feeling from her especially when she said I'd have to leave my ring with them for a week or 2...help Rodgers and Hollands! I've had my ring from you for over 20 years now and NEVER had any issues before. This visit was just super loaded with problems. $120 to fix - not covered under warranty - my warranty is NOT GOOD anymore until I get it fixed WITH YOUR JEWELER ONLY! Something doesn't feel right.
