Excellent service and work! Easy to work with. I own a construction company in Rochester and we hire E.S. for all our electrical work and they have done a great job every time. I'd hire them for my own house as needed in a heartbeat. Always my first call, and they should be yours too! Don't settle for anything less than the best!

Project: New Outlet for wall-hung TV. I called Electrical Solutions yesterday and they could come today to install our outlet! Alex was professional and courteous, double checked the TV mounting mechanism to make sure the outlet will be in the right place, and got everything installed and cleaned up in just over an hour. Thank you for the prompt and high quality service!

They charged me 139$ for a residential service call and 75$ for the service which was changing out a gfci outlet. Good people but highly overpriced.

Do not recommend. Overpriced and invoicing is not accurate. I was charged $500 to install a 6-20p outlet literally next to the electrical box. Received a bill for a "Complete EV Charger Install". I asked for an corrected invoice for the work actually performed and was not able to get one.Services: Electric car charger installation

I went to Google to find an electrician near me and I came across this company. I was lucky enough to be able to talk to a real person, ( I had to leave several messages with the other 5 companies I called ) and he was very helpful. I had a very scary situation in our home where the lights kept flickering and our power company told us the meter was fine and to call an electrician. I was so happy to have the help from these guys as I frantically was trying to get help on an early Monday morning. They went above and beyond to come out and help me get everything fixed and back up and working properly and safely. I HIGHLY recommend calling Electrical Solutions & Service for any electrical needs you may have.Services: Electrical inspections

Amazing service, i had MN Energy come out to fix my dryer and he said it was potentially an electrical problem so i should call an electrician, i requested for an appointment for tomorrow or the next day thinking i’d be told they wouldn’t be able to come out until a week or 2 later, but i got a call saying he could come today, and within an hour or 2 he was there and in under an hour the problem was solved and my dryer is up and running :) fast incredibly friendly service and the rate wasn’t bad either, thank you so much !!!Service: General repairs

Highly overpriced and shady. I have used electricians all over MN and WI and I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. I was charged $1,725 to install one outlet (with surface wiring), two switches and three light fixtures (in a basement with exposed ceilings). This cost included $641 of materials. A surface outlet costs $10, simple basement light fixtures cost $7, switches cost $2 and 100 ft (not that they needed close to that much) of electrical wire costs $100. Materials should have cost about $125. I requested a list of materials used by the company to justify the expense in the bill and they refused. Why would they refuse if they don't have something to hide? They claimed inflation (the inflation rate is 8% not 500%) and they added that they add a 40% material markup. Still doesn't add up. Why not be transparent with your customer?Beyond that they didn't bill me by the hour, they billed me by the item. So to wire each light in the basement they charged me $225 of just labor. It took the electricians less time to wire all three of those than it did for them to do the outlet in the unit above which cost $200. Why not just bill time and material like everybody else? They said "this is just the way we do it." My theory, it's harder to bilk customers when you bill that way. The customers know what materials are used and know how long the electricians are on site. They also charge a $139 "service call fee." Typically other electricians charge this fee in the event that you have them come out and then opt to have no work done, to cover the time that the electrician spent in your home diagnosing your problem. Once you decided to move forward with work they (most companies) credit that fee towards work performed. Not this company, they just keep the fee there as another way to extract money from the customer. Finally the electricians themselves performed solid work. They were polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They did take a long lunch but I suppose I wasn't billed by the hour. I believe they worked about 4 total hours on site, this was a journeyman and apprentice. The electricians themselves I would work with again, but not this company.Service: Installation
