If we could give a negative star we would! We SPECIFICALLY said DO NOT SHAVE our dog, all we asked for was a little TRIM, I talked to the groomer myself, and told her twice DO NOT take much off, and she shaved her. She was not matted, I brush her every night. If the groomer didn’t know how to do a trim then she should have called us. Before and after pics.

I took my dog there for the first time to be groomed. He is a golden retriever and Carolyn did a fantastic job! It took 2 hours and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you so much!

I was just minding my own business when the pitbull escaped and ate my 3 toddlers and then I was like slay and he was like fanum tax and me and him have been best friends since.

This store previously stocked my pets food but stopped carrying it saying they could order the food for us and call when it was ready. I called on Friday to order the food and was unsure of what times to expect so I called to ask for an update and timeline on the Tuesday after to which the person on the phone told me it was ordered and should be there on that Thursday. I waited until Saturday to call again and a different person told me that no one had ordered the food at all and it would take about another week or so and I would get a call back next week when it was ordered. It has been three weeks since then and I have never gotten a call back from the ordering manager.Prior to this incident we had picked up a large bag of food that had been expired so quality control is an issue as well as communication.

Looked, looked, looked, but couldn't find what I was looking for. The staff were busy chatting behind the wall at the register. I'll find another store for my dog food.

The staff here are great! They are not in your face but always around if you need help or have questions and are so knowledgeable. They have customers from all walks of life, and we all fit seamlessly into this store because we love our animals. Also, they have food for a variety of animals. And I often find stuff here for my dogs that I can't find elsewhere.

I have taken my dog to them for 10 years now. I have made sure He has the same groomer to ensure he is comfortable going . Mac is good with him. most of the time, she gives me a report card on my furry baby, so i know how my dog was/acted for his bath and groom and about his nails, ears, coat. It is a great place and they are very reasonably priced..

Friendly staff and always have what I'm looking for. My only complaint would be you never know how much something is going to cost because they don't have price stickers on some things and the shelf stickers are usually wrong. For instance, cans of dog food; I've gone up to pay for my items many times and see the price ring up different than what was on the shelf sticker. When I've mentioned this, they said they were updating all the stickers, but I've heard that excuse since before the COVID pandemic, so not sure how long that timeline is to complete. Would be nice to have an idea what my total will be before everything gets rung up.

This is my all time favorite place to buy stuff for my two dogs! It's a quick stop on the way home, easy parking, entry & exit (though it can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day).Love supporting local. If they don't have what I need out on the floor, one of their staff can usually find it in a recent delivery.Free bags after multiple purchases. Friendly staff. Small but has everything you need!
