Awesome service. Jordan Kehoe was my salesman, and he was amazing. Such a good price on the car it was worth flying 3 hours to go get it, and Jordan had everything set up for me when I got there and answered every question I had, including speeding up the process because he knew I was on a time crunch to get back home. Jordan and Rochester Ford are the best, with no hidden fees or pressure tactics. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Good service. Went in to get my camera on my truck fixed. Though they weren't able to completely fix everything that was wrong with it, they made me aware of that; and plan to have me back to get the additional issues fixed.

Proud new owners of a new Ford Bronco! We call it our “post kids car”! So….we didn’t come up with that name, but our amazing auto sales representative Emily Langr did! And that’s exactly what the Bronco was for us. ? Emily was great to work with, very knowledgeable about cars and was able to answer our question and concerns quickly and confidently. We felt very reassured about our choice after speaking with her. The ease of the process from start to finish made this such a stress free purchase. She stayed with us the whole way through and made sure the Bronco was is tip top shape for us to drive away in. We were super glad we stoped there and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was friendly from the lady that was at the front desk to any worker we encountered!
Shout out also to our finance guy Tom Richard!! He was also great to work with! He made the financial process very easy! Tom walked us through some of our concerns we had regarding some of the extras we really wanted, easing our minds about the process Ford has in place for them.

Super happy with my new Maverick. Emily made the whole process so easy. She worked hard to find us a truck with our desired specs and found one nearby that could be sent over. She was great at answering our questions and explaining options and technical specs. This was the easiest deal I have made at a dealership and Rochester Ford will definitely have my business in the future thanks to their wonderful team.
