I brought my vehicle to be looked at for estimate. I have a Ford F-150. I was in a construction zone, and hit a barrier on the right as they tried to clear traffic on the left to the right. I went too FAR right and need a repair.
I was pleased I could get in for estimate the SAME DAY as the accident. It was like 2 hours later. The staff was nice, appointment on time. Estimate was about $6,500 to fix. I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix. That’s a long time to pay for a rental car. I verified they said 2 weeks. He assured me, 10-14 days would be the fastest. That was too long for me to wait AND pay for a rental car.
I went to another repair shop for estimate, thinking I might pay more at this location, but if they could do it faster- I would save money on car rental in the long run. I was shocked, the estimate was $2,360 LESS than the Ford Collision center.
I verified they were using certified parts- ✅ and doing the exact same repairs ✅. Yes to both. Best part- my vehicle will be done in 4 days. Much shorter time to pay for a rental car. They could get me in on a Thursday early. I’m off Friday, Sat, Sunday- so Monday & Tuesday are only days I have to rent a car! From 14 days down to 2 on the car rental saves me over $800.00.
So if you’re looking to get repair done economically or fast- this is NOT your best option. In fact while my son and I sat there. A man called to check on his vehicle, as it’s been there 3 weeks and repairs were still being done. The receptionist said ” I understand you were told two weeks, they can’t predict exactly how long they will take it’s an ESTIMATE of time”. She was nice, but that’s a long time to not have your vehicle and pay for a rental car. She offered to have someone call the man back with an update on the progress of his vehicle. This was of course before I found out my estimate and how long repairs would take.
I bought my truck from the Ford dealership, get my oil changed there, logical place to get it fixed at too- but not at those prices ???

The people did a good job and since I currently can’t drive I appreciate having them deliver it. I noticed that there is a sticky substance all over the passenger door. I’ll have to have somebody take it to a car wash.

Repair was good. However the communication was less than stellar. I had to make all the effort to find out when my car would be finished. I would call to see and no one knew any of the information.

Had a great experience after moving my daughter here from Michigan, she needed a front license plate mounted on her vehicle since Michigan only requires a rear plate. I did not have a drill along and was heading back home the next day. I stopped in to see if Rochester Collision could help me out. Nick was very professional and helpful and I left shortly after with both plates mounted. Thank you, Nick!

Work is ok door May need ajustment biggest problem dropped truck off on wed. they didn’t start working on it until flowing thrursday extra week car rental ?

Anthony was fantastic! Set proper expectations. Very friendly, personable and professional. They had my vehicle done exactly when they said they would. And it came out better than I had anticipated. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for body work. This is the second vehicle I’ve had them work on and they did an outstanding job. Thank you again!

I have taken all of the 3 vehicles we own to Rochester Collision Center and all I can say is they are the best! Car #1: big dent on the front bumper. One place I took to in town said they will need to check to see if there might be other damages and quoted $1700 (I kid you not). Rochester Collision took care of it for like $100. Car #2: major scratches and minor dents along the passenger side. We tried to fix it ourselves so that it won't affect the insurance. Once again, RC did the magic. This is my daughter's car, and she was like "this is as good as new". Car #3: noticed a dent on the driver door, must be from one of the windy days we have in Rochester. I brought in to have the RC guys look at it. They fixed it on the same day. No one would every even notice it if I didn't point it out. Rochester Collision is one of the best "Hidden Secrets" in Rochester. You don't have to go to the city to get better prices. This is the place you need to contact for any minor body work!

Our car had multiple dents/scratches in many different areas. We had several estimates from other places. Upon meeting Anthony Villerreal we were treated with respect and kindness. He informed us of what would be done on our car and was very knowledgable. The estimate, timing of drop off and pick up was exactly as stated in our first meeting. We were called by Anthony when to pick up our car and he was there at the shop to meet us upon completion. He went over everything that was done to our car and made sure we were happy with the end results. We were very happy with the end results, it far exceeded our expectations. But the best experience was the customer service provided by Anthony. He made you feel like he cared about the service that was being done. He made us feel like we were valued. That is rare in todays world. Thank you Anthony. Thank you to the team . Thank you to Jo who is the receptionist . She is the first person you meet at the desk and talk to on the phone. She has a wonderful positive attitude. She is knowledgeable and kind. That, makes all the difference. We are grateful to this team, thank you.

Have had superb service twice recently. My Tacoma was rear-ended—they returned it to factory specs and the rear panel painting/finish is outstanding. They coordinated with other party’s insurance seamlessly. They also replaced a mirror on a Highlander and bill was $50 less than expected. Great communication.

Rochester Collision Center really customer oriented. I've had multiple appointments over the years and always very satisfied. Recently had a simple question regarding where I could get a small tear on my seat repaired. Anthony from Recon Dept was in the office so took a look. Asked for the vehicle for 5 min's to get an estimate. Came back and had it fixed. Awesome service!!!
