Jen has been doing my hair for over 15 years and she is, simply put, extraordinary. I can always count on her to not only give me amazing cuts and colors, but also product advice and styling tips. She knows when to engage in fun conversation and when to let me be quietly on my head or on my phone doing work or catching up with friends. I absolutely love coming to Refined Reflection and seeing Jen. I had to come to them in a bit of a panicked rush just over a year ago and haven’t looked back for a second. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been and people always ask where I get it done. Refined Reflection!!!!!

The staff here is incredible! Lyndsay took my hair from being fried to healthy in less than a year. She is a miracle worker. The product lines they carry are the absolute best and the staff are so friendly and make the entire visit enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

I have absolutely loved my facials with Olivia! I love knowing organic skincare is being used, and I always leave with a glow and the best relaxation time. I feel she goes above and beyond (especially on my birthday which was the sweetest, but even my first visit too!). My experience has always been lovely from checking in with Katie to an even lovelier send of from the both of them :)

If you want the ultimate relaxation, visit this salon! The stylists are incredible, extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at what they do. This salon offers a cozy intimate setting which is perfect for a self care day. The owners are amazing and truly care about providing the best experience possible!! 10/10 recommend!

It was so fun to meet Lyndsey for a hair cut! I had really long hair (cut off 13in) and now have short hair for the first time ever. She styled my hair so cute and it's the softest it's ever been, I didn't even have to brush it from sleeping haha!
