I just love the Happy Vibes when I enter this new found shop! Items keep on changing and I get top brands for just fractions of their new price. Lots of laughter in the store and videos help me get there more often. True fashion sense & unique home collections!

A bit overpriced for a consignment store, staff was very kind, the only complaint was the men's restroom was disgusting and out of TP.

Refashion is the best way to sell quality furniture in Rochester. Posting items on Facebook Marketplace has become a joke. Between the overseas scammers and local no-shows, I am done trying to sell items on Marketplace that I can bring to Refashion. If you want top dollar for your furniture, save yourself the hassle by dropping it off at Refashion.

Came in looking for a few items on their website. Customer service isn’t a priority, as is greetings or offering assistance. I’m not sure the website is ever updated to take down sold items, so most likely, they aren’t there. Would be nice if it were updated at least periodically. Overall, it’s ok but there’s better stores that are more customer friendly

I absolutely love Refashion! I feel so lucky to have such a fantastic consignment store in my community. It helps make my personal goal of shopping second hand easy and fun. I feel great bringing in items that no longer serve me knowing they will find a new home, and I love finding new-to-me treasures. Refashion is such a gem! It's basically the only place in Rochester where I shop! Thank you, Alisha!!

How am I just now finding this adorable little shop! Stopped by and fell in love last week. My friend shops here all the time, I never knew it existed. I was shocked at all the great items they have. With the small store things change quickly and often.If you like something buy it- as it won’t be there next time. Very high quality items from wooden furniture to leather shoes. You will find something you didn’t even know you needed!Staff is kind and helpful. The item I found was on a mannequin. They helped get the sweater off, checked me out and I was on my way. I’m looking forward to going back for my next find. Highly recommend

I went in looking for a scarf, the person that greeted me was on her phone. I asked where I could find a scarf. She pointed to where they were on a table. . I did see two other scarfs in the back room. When I left the person was sitting in a chair with her feet up on her phone another person sitting with her screeched THANK YOU. Work on your customer service.
