I have been coming to RC Nails ever since 2017 and I have never left feeling disappointed. Kim and her girls are all so friendly and kind and they take their time to make sure your nails look pretty. I also struggle with my big toes where the nail likes to curve in and grows into an ingrown situation which is annoying. Now that I got it fixed I don't have such a hard time and I just keep it maintained. When I go there, I'm offered a soda if it's summer and in the fall and winter months I have gotten hot chocolate to sip on while I'm enjoying my pedicure and the chair massage. Thank you so much for amazing service. I'm very picky so I don't even want to try anywhere else. This is my place and I won't go anywhere else in Rochester. They have more than earned my trust and they did a wonderful job when I came here with a group for my daughter's birthday.

Everybody was very nice and the pedicure was fine, but I think that all of their polishes need to be replaced. It looks like they are either crusty and old or have been revamped with more thinners added or something. I didn’t recognize most of the brands, and even several hours later, my polish wasn’t fully dry. No issues with the staff, cleanliness or customer service, but I’m not happy with the products used.

Horrible Place! Would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would. Daughter got pedi and although she also was scheduled for Mani did not get Mani because they were so terrible on the Pedi. I unfortunately only had a mani scheduled and my long natural beautiful nails on my left hand were cut down to nothing... I almost cried right there. I had said don't trim much at all and bam she cut them to nothing and then said I could get extensions. I could get extensions???? But my nails were long and beautiful and because you cut them to nothing I could get extensions... I don't want acrylic nails that require upkeep.... I wanted to leave with my own long, beautiful nails but they are now gone because you cut them.

Extremely rude i called asking for the owner and the lady that answered wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner don't recommend. Poor customer service.

I had a bad experience at a different nail salon in Rochester so I was skeptical. My sister said she liked going to this salon so I tried it out. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted right away. I didn't have to wait, someone was available. I got a dip manicure (first one) because I wanted to try something different other than gel. The lady was so nice and friendly. Prices were reasonable and not too high. She did a good job and they turned out so good. I can't wait to go back!

My wife & I walked in 11:30am on a Friday and instantly sat down for an amazing pedicure! Four very kind people and two incredible pedicures later, we walked out two very happy girls! We don't treat ourselves to pedicures very often but this location had a massage chair and a long lower leg massage each! It was a great experience! Treat yoself!
