I have taken my black lab here for the past 5 years and they have always been super helpful and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions over the phone or to squeeze in an appointment if needed. Definitely would recommend Quarry Hill Park Animal Hospital

I brought my geriatric cat to her vet at Quarry Hill and we decided it was time to put her down. Though traumatic, Dr. Anderson and her assistant were extremely compassionate and caring. Top notch care through and through. Everything was explained ahead of time by Dr. Anderson, so there were no surprises. She and her team made a terribly difficult situation tolerable. I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary practice.

In November 2023, I came home from vacation to a very hurt 1.5 year old cat who was crying in pain. After talking with my cat sitter, I decided to take my cat, Harry to Quarry Hill Park Animal Hospital. Originally I received some very heartbreaking and bad news, he would have to receive two very life altering surgeries to fix his broken leg and that may not be the end of it. Dr. Anderson was kind and compassionate in explaining everything to me. She explained Dr. Silverness could do the first surgery, but then a traveling group of orthopedic veterinary surgeons who come to their office every few months could do the more complex second surgery. Dr. Anderson was tender and kind with my cat, Harry, who has a very adverse and loud personality with vets. After a lot of tears and research, I decided to put my faith in Dr. Anderson and Dr. Silverness and proceeded with the possible first surgery Harry would have to have in December 2023 - FHO surgery.
I am so glad I did! Immediately after the surgery, Dr. Silverness communicated with me how it went and that Harry wouldn’t have to receive the second surgery due to a ligament being intact that they thought wasn’t during initial assessment before surgery. During the early days after the surgery, they gave me adequate and safe pain meds to deliver to my cat, as well as additional doses when I called and explained that Harry was still in pain. Dr. Anderson and her team followed up with me during this time as well, both in email and by phone.
Now, June 2024, I have an active and very happy cat (with most of his hair grown back). While he can’t jump up high on a cat tree. He is able to jump up to his favorite spot on the couch and run around the house with his cat sister Luna. I have encouraged Harry to be active since day one, but not push it and it is safe to say with patience his recovery has exceeded my expectations! Some days, I think he experiences a little pain like humans who have a knee replacement or any surgery do, but he is 99% pain free and very comfortable and happy!
I am so happy with the care Harry received at Quarry Hill and the outcome! Not to mention, the front desk staff were easy to work with and promptly gave me receipts for me to submit to my cat’s Trupanion insurance for reimbursement! I have my happy, purring, funny, and sassy cat back! Because of Quarry Hill, we will continue to have a lifetime of snuggles! Thank you so much Dr. Anderson, Dr. Silverness, and team!

Have had amazing experiences with the Veterinarians and Techs in the past. It's been a couple years since we have been to QH but today was a very different experience than in the past. May be Vet dependent but the Tech gave the same energy. There was no follow up on things I had mentioned in the pre-exam questioning. The Tech and Vet were very cold and not very engaging with my dog....focused on just holding the dog in place (vs calming and giving praise/treats) for the exam and no discussion or education. Was dropped off at the desk and never discussed any follow up care and literally walked away. This was so jarring - I am considering not coming back. I have had such great experiences with other vets - but will definitely not be scheduled with Dr Lee again.

We had to put our almost 13 year old golden retriever Komet down today!! Veterarian Polly Lewis is 10+++ doctor. She not only cares about her patients but also their family. She has been our vet since our sweet boy was 7 1/2 weeks old. She had tears rolling down her face when he passed and was very compassionate towards us...We Love You Dr Lewis

This is hands down the best vet I have ever been to! Not only were they there for me and my pet when they were sick, but they constantly check up and are invested in my pets health. Dr. Dina is amazing!

Editing this review from over 3 years ago - sadly, this vet practice has changed a lot, and I can no longer recommend them. It is frustrating because kind humans work here, but they clearly have too large of a staff and too large of a practice to provide quality care and follow up. Upon bringing my animal in for the 3rd time within a month, staff recommened SWITCHING my pet to a prescription food diet that Quarry Hill itself had, in fact, already prescribed to my animal six months prior. Do we not take notes at this practice? Or care to read the notes left from prior visits? The prescription diet THIS vet practice has to approve each time I order it online is completely unaware that he is even ON this food when he actually has a health concern and I bring him in?
I also received a follow up call on a Thursday. The staff member on the phone let me know they would check with a doctor regarding the question I had and give me a call back. Five days later and... I guess I've decided to switch vets! I normally strive to find a provider that cares enough about my animals to actually take notes and complete the follow up items they have promised. This practice seems quite focused on filling their schedules over caring for animals. Save the frustration of not feeling cared about and go elsewhere.
