Jim is one of the most dedicated and hard-working individuals I've met in all my life. I've known Jim for many years and there was no doubt in my mind I would ask him to help me find my first home. There was never a moment when I doubted that he was working for me 100% throughout all hours of the day and evening. He's flexible and extremely knowledgeable beyond anyone I've ever met in the real estate market. His charisma and knowledge combined could sell ice cubes to an Eskimo. This enables him to sell homes quickly and a find homes quickly. I would recommend Jim to anyone who wants to do serious business in finding, purchasing or selling a home.
