My insurance agent recommended Pro-Stall and I was very impressed. Mark was friendly and professional. He arranged everything on the phone with me and the insurance company. I enjoyed meeting him in person and visiting with him when dropping off and picking up my car. The new windshield looks great. I will definitely use Pro-Stall again if needed, and I will recommend this business to my friends.

Replace our cracking windshield. Very professional and courteous. Nice staff and clean procedure. They made the whole process easy, smooth and transparent. Cost less than other shops who I quoted for out of pocket payment.

On Mother’s Day, while driving on I-90 a service truck threw a huge rock at my windshield. Since then it has continued to spider web. We called and they were able to squeeze us in the very next day. We chose not to do an insurance
claim on it. Very reasonably priced for paying out of pocket. I HIGHLY recommend Pro-Stall Auto Glass Rochester. I was in and out in 1 hour. Excellent, quick, efficient & professional customer service. Give them a call. You won’t be sorry.

Pro-Stall is the best! I was traveling cross country and had a few days in Rochester, so I decided to get a cracked windshield replaced. Everyone at Pro-Stall was so friendly, helpful and most importantly kept their promises. Can't say enough good about them. I went with Pro-Stall after getting the run-around by the Safe-something big chain. Happy and satisfied with my quick, efficient install and definitely reccomend.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I was from out of town and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I worked with mark on 2 windshields. One out-of-pocket and one with insurance and he was quick very informative. The process was easy. The out-of-pocket Pricing was very doable. Highly recommend!!!! 10/10
