$850 charge for service truck to replace a tube on a tractor tire. Absolutely ridiculous prices. I was charged fee after fee. Service fee, mileage fee, fuel surcharge, fluid removal fee, new fluid pumping. Two years ago they did the exact same work for around $400! Why has the price more then doubled for the same service?

They remounted 2 inner tires (both axles on the right) on my trailer and steeled my centering nuts from both axles ( 4 nuts)
It's so sad. They know how hard it is to find those nuts for dual aluminum wheels. On picture one of the axles with 2 old nuts.
And charged over $166 for that. No repairs or balances.

Wouldn't recommend bringing your passenger car here. Maybe a good place for trucks but unfortunately these guys aren't setup for your regular car with alloy wheels. They don't have proper equipment or are untrained on how to use it.They dug into 3 of my alloy wheels with the clamps on the tire mounting machine. Not proper practice if you are a "professional"

Craig at the front office was very rude and unprofessional. I went there for some semi truck tires, He didn’t seem to care and made me feel like my business isn’t needed. He would say “that isn’t my department” or “we don’t have that size” even though I was told they had plenty to choose from when I called ahead. My experience there was terrible. I ended up getting the same tires at Bauer Build cause they had better customer service.

Like other reviewers, I was completely ignored for a long while when I showed up. That sucked. Worse yet, no one called me when the vehicle was done and no one answered the phone when I called 3 times over the course of 2 hours. I finally called their Green Bay head office and they connected me with someone in Rochester. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit here. However, when I was helped by Mike, who happened to be the location mgr - he was awesome and took his time checking out the vehicle and went above and beyond, giving me a ride which they don't offer as a service. They also took my MB Sprinter RV in for an alignment and oil change on very short notice when another shop screwed up and couldn't fit my vehicle in their shop. Their prices were reasonable even when I was picky and specified Mobil 1 ESP and a Mann filter which they had to order in. They did a great job not over or under-filling the oil, Marty knows what he's doing on both the service and alignment. Yeah I'll focus on the good this time. Thanks Mike and Marty.Updated 5/19/2022Much better service this year. Marty met me up front and took care of shuttling me home as well as calling me when the service was completed and ringing me up at the end.
