If I could if a zero I would. If you want to steal from this store . You are 100% able to .. also saw someone walk out of the store with full bag of dog food. Since there was no checker. We waited 10mins to get checked out . Debating telling worker who checked us out that the guy behind us stole. We waited 10mins. Also worker never apologized for making us wait. This is 2nd time this has happened to us in a month time. We will no longer being going to this Petco unlessWe want to steal. ?

Found everything That I needed, place was very clean. The only problem was the clerk checking me out, didn’t acknowledge me, great me, say thank you, nothing!!.All I got from her was crickets.

We go here for dog grooming! Our groomer is amazing and does an awesome job with our Yorkie Phineas!

Catherine in grooming, groomed my dog today. She made me feel welcome, & treated my dog nicely. This was very different than the North Petco in Rochester. Thank you Catherine!

I just love going to pet stores. This trip was different because I was only at Petco for a holiday return via Happy People. I was excited to learn Petco was a drop off location. The clerk was quick to help me even though it was the day after Christmas and stores were so busy. She shared my refund receipt should be in my email and that it would have a Petco coupon attached. It seems like a no-brainer to use Happy People at a store I love! I'll be back soon to use my coupon.

Rose was awesome! Most people arrive in Rochester to go to Mayo clinic. Surprisingly the hospital offers no accommodations for people who travel with pets. Without the availability of local doggy daycare we decided to get our Chihuahua groomed at Petco. We've never seen our normally. anxious Chihuahua so calm. Rose knew how to handle an anxious dog. The grooming, nail trimming, etc. was perfect in quality, and our dog was not a nervous wreck. Thanks Rose and Petco! We'll see you again.

I ran into the store to use a coupon- I should have ordered online for pick up as the online price was $3 less than in store. Frustrating- no more spontaneous shopping at Petco. Typically I research prices. NOT HAPPY with the price difference for the exact same item.
