Fence was installed fast and working fantastic. Had a couple questions and he was quick with a call back and answered all questions. Highly recommend if you need an underground fence system for your dog!

We have been working with Jeff, the owner and operator of pet stop, for several years now. The system is great. It has worked for 5 dogs so far. Even dogs I thought would never take to the fence have done great with it. And they learn it so quickly. Even dogs who aren't so sharp lol! Jeff is fantastic about returning calls and trouble shooting. He knows his product well and strives for his customers to be happy with the product and experience. I couldn't recommend more!

Jeff from PetStop is awesome! From setup to training to maintenance he takes care of it all. We set up our invisible fence a few years ago, and are training a new dog on the fence. He came out this week to put up flags, gave us a new collar and got us set up for training, free of charge. I would recommend PetStop to anyone in the Rochester area!!! Thanks Jeff!

We just had Jeff Barnett install Pet Stop invisible fence for our 3 dogs 10 days ago. Jeff was on time, gave great instructions, responded promptly to questions. We have two 8 month old puppies and one 2 year old golden retriever (she has roamed the neighborhood dog for 2 years, walking with anyone that walks by). We carefully did just what Jeff taught us. The dogs progressed quickly. Today was the big test. The Golden's neighborhood playmate came by - our dog stood within our fence and even when the playmate came into the yard, the two dogs played and our dog stayed in the yard when the playmate left. SUCCESS! Thank you Jeff for such good service and good, easy instructions.

Jeff Barnett of Pet Stop Rochester is one of the kindest people I've ever met. He is super willing to help with every aspect of the install and is very informative. Even after the install is done, he won't leave you hanging! Always there to help and I am super satisfied! I even forgot my collars one morning, dogs were still in the yard when I got home. Checked the my security cameras, they never left! This system is the best out there!

Jeff, from Pet Stop, did an amazing job with both the installation and training of our dog security fence! Installation was fast and effiecient. He also gave great instructions and goals that he followed up on, even on the weekend! Easy 5-Star recommendation!

We went with Pet Stop for our yard and he has been wonderful. The installation was quick and easy. He put the lines exactly where we wanted them and with minimal damage to the grass (less than a half inch of grass was disturbed). He has been very helpful as we train our dog to the fence and always acts in a professional manner. And the price was significantly less than fencing our 1/3 acre yard with chain link. 5/5 would recommend Pet Stop to a friend and 5/5 would go with them again.
