80 25th St SE Suite 200, RochesterÌ went here hoping to get a bag of small bread purina pro plan for sensitive stomach in a 16 lb bag but all they had ìs the small 4 ĺb bag, I'm not certain they even carry larger bags of the salmon n rice variety. The store is too small for all the carry in the store so it's cramped in the store with narrow isles. Store staff could be a bit more pleasant to customers n appear like the like their job. Just

Heritage Pet Hospital
2117 US-52, RochesterI had an amazing experience at Heritage pet hospital with my 15 year old dog. She had a life threatening condition detected and accessed during a checkup. Luckily, Dr. Brown was able to quickly find a life saving solution! I would assume in most cases, they do not have slots for emergency surgeries but they were able to fit my dog in right away that day with Dr. Finkle. She’s home now, safe and sound with a thorough post-op recovery plan curated by her care team. I give all my thanks to the amazing doctors, techs, and front desk receptionists. They were all so knowledgable, kind, and attentive.

Animal Health Care Veterinary Hospital
1206 9th Ave SE, RochesterEveryone is kind and friendly there. They took good care of Jake, explained the procedure, and made sure any questions I might have would be answered. And they were so considerate as to arrange a grant to cover the surgery, as I’m on social security and funds are limited. A true life saver for me!

I had traveled with my dogs, moving from California to Minnesota and Gordy had some digestive issues that needed attention. Broadway veterinary Hospital saw Gordy right away and solved his problem quickly. Everyone at Broadway Veterinary Hospital is super nice and extremely compassionate. I recommend them to ANYBODY!

3309 Alberta Dr NE, RochesterI’m grateful for the wonderful care Dr. Nigon has provided my cats. This weekend I called with an urgent care concern. The staff worked us in quickly for an appointment on Monday. Although busy, Dr. Nigon thoughtfully worked up and quickly diagnosed my elderly cat, providing the education I needed to best care for him. In the past, the clinic worked hard to coordinate a quick euthanasia for my suffering parakeet, despite not having seen him previously as a patient (and before I was an established client there). Personalized care and compassion for animals and their people is alive and well at this clinic and I hope they’ll be my partner in pet care for the long haul. My cat is back to good health.

As someone passing through town and dealing with the unfortunate circumstance of needing immediate help for my 5 month old puppy, Dr. Mark Wenner kindly found a way to squeeze us in same day. The facility is clean, the staff are respectful and kind, and overall there is a very calm atmosphere in this clinic. Dr. Mark Wenner was extremely detailed and made me feel seen and heard regarding my puppy’s concerns. He thoroughly checked every part of my puppy and came up with a solid game plan. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. If you are someone who deeply cares about their pet, your furry family member will be taken care of here. It is located in a very safe and well populated area. Absolutely would recommend!

We tried all the vegan donut flavors (the blueberry and cinnamon sugar were our favorites, but the flavors rotate). All the vegan donuts were cake donuts; I was kind of hoping to try a raised donut but unsure whether that’s just not the focus or if it just wasn’t in the rotation on the day we went. Also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee which was tasty, and a matcha lemonade which was a bit too bitter and sour for my taste but might just be personal preference. Very colorful & eclectic, plenty of outdoor seating in the back but it was cramped inside when we went on a Saturday morning. Even though it was busy we got our order pretty quickly. There’s not a parking lot but we were able to find parking on the street with relative ease. We will definitely be back to try some more donut flavors!

Although we ordered 1 frie, the fries were consumed by 2 people. The staff were friendly and nice too. 10/10 will come back.
