Super happy with the service provided. Up front pricing, thorough collection of information during the quote and I was kept in the loop during the entire process. New house (to me) so lots of various work needed and all of it top tier quality! Already have my next appointment for a few items later after I clear some garage space. These guys are the best!

Work done was great. Jaime was the electrician who performed the work and did a wonderful job. This would have way been a 5 star review but the sticker shock of the price caught me off guard. The bill was was over $550 to diagnose a poor outlet connection and to install 2 additional outlets that cost less than $2 at Menards. The rate was never disclosed. I wasn’t made aware that there was a $175 fee just to come out and that all service men are paid/billed differently based on their level of experience. Apparently I got a journeyman to install outlets that I should have and could have installed myself for pennys on the dollar. That said, do yourself a favor and ask them about their rates prior to them coming out. On the bright side of things, they’re are promising me a $15 credit on my bill for writing a review! Paxton Electric installed level 2 EV charger at our home. The service was very professional, thorough, and the electricians patiently explained the entire process (from pricing to actual installation procedures).
