Terrible! I requested to test drive 4 vehicles. When i asked questions about the vehicles the saleswoman told me she didn’t know the answers. Then when i was asked the typical questions about if I had a trade? Do I want to finance? I answered with “I am unsure” she was visibly annoyed and I had to ask to be taken inside to discuss pricing of a vehicle. Then when I was asked what my offer was, i was told “no” and no counter offer given. No options period. This was after the saleswoman left came back 2xs and then finally brought the salesmanager over, only to repeat the same information. My offer was not out of the realm of the researched reasonable price for the vehicle. I left the dealership. The next day they called me. Too little, too late. I felt disrespected and that my time was wasted. I will never take my business there and would never recommend anyone I know to go there either.

I recently had my BMW M5 serviced at Park Place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team provided top-notch service that exceeded my expectations.
The staff at the dealership were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the service process thoroughly.
My M5 was serviced promptly, and they even finished ahead of schedule. I appreciated not having to wait unnecessarily.
The technicians handled my M5 with care, ensuring that all maintenance tasks were completed to the highest standards.
I'd like to give exceptional recognition to Rhyand (Service Manager) and Andrew (BMW Service Technician) who sends me the videos on my car. Both are very professional and do great work!

Put down a refundable deposit for an incoming vehicle. The salesman I worked with was great. Found a better deal a week later and withdrew the deposit. Got an email asking if this is "how I typically do business" from the sales manager. Yes this is how I do business. If you can't match an offer and I find a better one, I will request a refund on my refundable deposit. This ruined my image of this dealership and I took my business elsewhere.

Dropped my car off, and they provided a shuttle ride back to my home. The tech sent me a video showing the things they had checked, replaced. Then they texted me when the car was ready. The shuttle picked me up from home and dropped me off at the dealership. The car was ready to drive home and had been washed.

We have purchased multiple cars from Park Place. Everyone is truly top notch - from sales people (Bram, Almin, Aaron), to the sales manager and the finance person. Feel like they're your partners rather than sales people. It's clear that they're in it to build a relationship rather than to get a deal done. Wish every car buying experience was like this. Similarly, the service has also been top-notch (kudos to Ryan): honest, good communication, good workmanship, will even offer free "valet" (pickup and delivery). Service prices are pretty typical dealer prices, so can't fault them there. The experience more than makes up for it. Whole-heatedly recommend!

I contacted their service department on 9/8 and as of 9/18, I hadn't yet received a reply. How disappointing from a 'luxury' brand.
