I’m grateful for the wonderful care Dr. Nigon has provided my cats. This weekend I called with an urgent care concern. The staff worked us in quickly for an appointment on Monday. Although busy, Dr. Nigon thoughtfully worked up and quickly diagnosed my elderly cat, providing the education I needed to best care for him. In the past, the clinic worked hard to coordinate a quick euthanasia for my suffering parakeet, despite not having seen him previously as a patient (and before I was an established client there). Personalized care and compassion for animals and their people is alive and well at this clinic and I hope they’ll be my partner in pet care for the long haul. My cat is back to good health.

Doctor McKie and her staff took care of my dog recently. I am very grateful for the wonderful job they did. They really care about our animals! Highly recommend them for the care and professionalism they provide!

Never Come here if you have a rabbit I urge you to go somewhere else I went here to get help with my rabbit and they made her problem worse and charged me so much money for stuff she didn’t even need

Dr Treder and his team at NVAC take great care of my dog for routine or urgent needs. They sincerely listen and educate us, helping us make well-informed choices for our dog. We have been coming here 12-13 years and highly recommend.

If I could rate zero stars i would. Took my childhood dog in because she was having trouble breathing and they refused a chest xray and gave her cold medicine that made whatever my dog had even worse and it killed her.

Took great care of my cats. Was easy to get an appointment and the vet discussed everything at length, very thorough and helpful.

Experienced and thorough providers. Have had a positive experience both times. The last vet I went to in Rochester had staff making discriminatory comments and fortunately that is not the case here. Very professional staff and doctors. Would recommend

Brought my cat in for a bath, did not bathe it, nor did they do a full check up, citing that my cat was too aggressive.
Charged 200 dollars for just cutting her nails, dystemper vaccine and trimming her belly fur. Her nails were also not cut properly, had bleeding from one nail.
Overall not a good experience.

I’m not normally someone to write a review but I think it’s important for other pet owners to hear my cats story. I took my 7 month old cat to get spayed and everything went great until about a week later she got very sick. Unfortunately under the care of this clinic she suffered serious burns. At first they tried to blame me but eventually both of the owners vets had admitted it was a burn. After a few arguments they finally agreed to treat her free of cost since they had caused the damage. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience and they even proceeded to talk about us behind closed doors which we were able to hear because the walls are thin. After weeks of treatment the owner tried to suggest it was a skin rash because of the breed. I had then mentioned how his vets had already told me it was a burn. She suffered large painful burns on both sides and was put through weeks of pain before she was healed. The treatment healed her nicely but she will always have scars. My issues come of course from the neglect that caused the burns as well as the headache they put me through to take responsibility. I write this review as a caution to others so their pets don’t go through the same thing.
