  Took me 4 phone calls to get an appointment scheduled for my dog to be groomed. When I called to reschedule they said there was no account under my name or phone number. Super unhelpful. My vet had even faxed information over. They took all my info over the phone. So I guess triple check you actually stay in the computer... read full comment

  We had a little bit of an emergency with our snake yesterday and they were able and more than willing to get us in! We appreciate all the help and helpful tips that they gave us while we were there! Here’s a picture of mr. Dobby that had the visit.

  they are great staff and good people there. I love it there and will continue to bring my abe in there. there is a blonde helper and she is the best with my little abe and me. thanks to her for having such a great heart
