“I had a great experience with Jeff today , and a week ago. I live in a rural area, which has horrible cell signal and I cant get Internet out here due to underground cable is missing . So I wasn't able to qualify for metros internet because it was saying it wasn't available in my area yet. Jeff went out of his way for me to walk out of there with internet in my hands. He made my day!! He is a smart, very kind person who really should be a boss!! Knowledgeable was great, but just having my interaction with him made me love Metro again!! “I came into Cricket store a week or so ago for a new phone and I gotta say, Chad is one of the best people I've worked with. He showed me everything that I would be getting and got me a nice phone and helped me set up my HBO and transfer my stuff. He for sure knew his stuff! He was friendly and very energetic. Her pleasant personality, patience, and professionalism would rank her to be the manager. When we returned to turn in our previous phone, we talked with the manager, we felt he did not care that we were there, was not professional or welcoming in anyway. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. This manager was by far the worst encounter I have had in all those years. 5 Stars for Jessie/1 Star for the Manager we encountered.”

“Stopped by to see if a tablet screen could be replaced but the frame was too dented for a new screen. On a whim, I asked Dave to look at the connector on my phone since I was having problems connecting with Android Auto. Dave quickly diagnosed that there was dirt in the connector which wasn't allowing good contact. He cleaned the connector for a reasonable price & my phone now connects with Android Auto every time I plug it in. Also have to add that Dave was extremely friendly during the entire process. I will definitely go to TaDa any time I have an issue with a phone or tablet.”
