“The Costco T-mobile is the way to go! These guys helped us get into brand new upgrades at a lower monthly payment than we had with our previous provider, where we had phones that were already paid off. They also are super knowledgeable about specials and rebates available to you, which helped us get a really great deal! Dominic was fun to work with and everyone there works great as a team and is extremely helpful. Definitely stop in and have a chat with them, there may be some Costco specific benefits at this location. Ask about Kendama haha. Great guys!”
“I had a great experience with Jeff today , and a week ago. I live in a rural area, which has horrible cell signal and I cant get Internet out here due to underground cable is missing . So I wasn't able to qualify for metros internet because it was saying it wasn't available in my area yet. Jeff went out of his way for me to walk out of there with internet in my hands. He made my day!! He is a smart, very kind person who really should be a boss!! Knowledgeable was great, but just having my interaction with him made me love Metro again!! “Stopped by to see if a tablet screen could be replaced but the frame was too dented for a new screen. On a whim, I asked Dave to look at the connector on my phone since I was having problems connecting with Android Auto. Dave quickly diagnosed that there was dirt in the connector which wasn't allowing good contact. He cleaned the connector for a reasonable price & my phone now connects with Android Auto every time I plug it in. Also have to add that Dave was extremely friendly during the entire process. I will definitely go to TaDa any time I have an issue with a phone or tablet.”
