Im not normally someone to write a review but I think its important for other pet owners to hear my cats story. I took my 7 month old cat to get spayed and everything went great until about a week later she got very sick. Unfortunately under the care of this clinic she suffered serious *****. At first they tried to blame me but eventually both of the owners vets had admitted it was a burn. After a few arguments they finally agreed to treat her free of cost since they had caused the damage. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience and they even proceeded to talk about us behind closed doors which we were able to hear because the walls are thin. After weeks of treatment the owner tried to suggest it was a skin rash because of the breed. I had then mentioned how his vets had already told me it was a burn. She suffered large painful ***** on both sides and was put through weeks of pain before she was healed. The treatment healed her nicely but she will always have scars. My issues come of course from the neglect that caused the ***** as well as the headache they put me through to take responsibility. I write this review as a caution to others so their pets dont go through the same thing.

We had a little bit of an emergency with our snake yesterday and they were able and more than willing to get us in! We appreciate all the help and helpful tips that they gave us while we were there! Here’s a picture of mr. Dobby that had the visit.

they are great staff and good people there. I love it there and will continue to bring my abe in there. there is a blonde helper and she is the best with my little abe and me. thanks to her for having such a great heart

Dr. Richardson and the entire staff of Northern Valley took the best care of our dog, Hazel, during a very scary time. Each member of Hazel's team treated her like she was the most important dog they had ever cared for. Dr. Richardson's attention to detail was above and beyond. We are so thankful for Northern Valley.

We went to NVAC for the first time last week and we were so impressed. Not only did they treat our pup with care and treated his infection ASAP, they sent us a follow-up email, postcard and courtesy call. It was nice that they treated our German Shepherd not with fear but with love. Thank you!!

I want to say thank you, to Dr. Richardson, and the entire staff. I can't say enough wonderful things about their clinic: they took amazing care of our baby, Stewie, right up until the end. Our beautiful boy was so sick; and Dr. Richardson kept searching for answers and tried to help, she even called multiple times to offer her knowledge. The compassion everyone expressed for our fur-baby and us, touched my heart. I truly feel their clinic provides the very best care. I highly recommend their clinic and will not take my pets anywhere else! Thank you all so very much! Mindy McNamara-Nelson
