I had a great experience with Jeff today , and a week ago. I live in a rural area, which has horrible cell signal and I cant get Internet out here due to underground cable is missing . So I wasn't able to qualify for metros internet because it was saying it wasn't available in my area yet. Jeff went out of his way for me to walk out of there with internet in my hands. He made my day!! He is a smart, very kind person who really should be a boss!! Knowledgeable was great, but just having my interaction with him made me love Metro again!! He is one of those people that when you meet them, you know they are meant for great things! Thank you so much Jeff.

Came back today after initial poor experience last night. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful, and we were sent down to this location as the North store was out of the phone my friend was looking for.

I stopped in the other day with questions about switching both phone service and home internet, and the gentleman who helped me was very pleasant to work with. If memory serves, his name was Jeff, and if memory is wrong, then I apologize! He was able to answer all my questions, offer the best deals he could get me, asked me about a potential money saving option that some people qualify for, gave me the best strategy for switching and saving the most money, set up my phone including transferring all files, apps, and settings from my old phone, and even applied the screen protector and case for me. None of the "you'll have to figure out or on your own" like you get with many other companies.I was very happy with the service in store, and have been very happy with the service for the phone age the phone itself.

Jeff here and Jack here were very very helpful and knowledgeable when I came in with my phone uti system not turning my phone off or on. I walked in loud as ever saying please guys I need u guys to Save my phone and they didn't look at me funny they didn't turn me away or judge me they went right away and fixed my situation. Told me what to do when I thought my phone was crashed for good ty ty ty Jeff bc he's the one who made it work and Jack was super supportive. God bless them
