Very disappointed. The moving staff were professional and came on time. Our move was from Boston, MA to Rochester, MN. We did two virtual visits and the quoted price was 3K (one container). However, the final price ended up being 5K because their assessment of the materials was not accurate and they completely hid the final price. There was no wiggle room on this price. I would recommend using a company that is much more transparent about quotes and will not spring a sudden $2000 charge on you.

Great, fast, and respectful service. Kaleb and the crew were very professional and worked very hard to get us moved quickly while keeping all of our belongings safe during the trip from one location to the other. We were slapped with a costly additional shuttle fee because they couldn't get the semi down our driveway. After a long phone call with billing they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to compensate their mistake. I’m disgusted with their customer service, highly don’t recommend.
