I was asked by the internet sales manager assertively to visit the store to get my car evaluated because they are giving better deals at the moment for used cars from regular market. I communicated very well what my expectations was and shared all the history of the car before hand and what offers i was getting. They just lowballed me after my visit and wasted my time. Please do make sure you do not trust their communication as they easily bail out by saying the internet advisors are not the right people. It is better to talk directly with them, not sure whether that would help either after my experience there.

Service at Rochester Mercedes has been excellent! Gunner listened and paid attention to what we need, costs, etc. I appreciate their attentiveness and respect.
And Sonny in the parts dept. Has gone above and beyond to get us the parts we needed.
We own 3 Mercedes and I couldn't be happier with the service they have given us for our vehicles. Thank you!

Zach C. played a crucial role in helping me purchase my Mercedes. Without his assistance, I wouldn't have been able to do it. I always aim to get the best possible deal without compromising on quality on all purchases, so I began my search early. Zac was extremely accommodating, patient, and kept me informed about deals, pricing, and new inventory. I truly appreciate his assistance and am grateful for the great deal I got on my ride. Marion and the service staff were extremely helpful, considerate, and accommodating. They provided a place for us to park our MH and then gave us a loaner car when they had to wait for parts. They went out of their way to assist us!

I really debated back and forth on putting a review on your page but the staff up until the young lady at the front desk that helped my niece were beyond rude and unprofessional. Once we were walking out of the dealership the ladies in the upper left side office top level of the building sat pointed and laughed at my niece as she left. I only know they were referring to her as she was up in the office and as she walked down the stairs they pointed and laughed as one lady pointed directly at my niece. I would never ever recommend your dealership due to this one experience! It was an embarrassment for a Mercedes dealer to allow such behavior. Do better!

Whenever I need to service a car I'm apprehensive going to new places, but I very pleased with the service I received. They were polite, explained everything that they recommended, and didn't push on the optional servicesI declined. They were also really quick, able to get me in the next day, and jumped through hoops to get me a loaner. All in all great service!
