We had our child's 18 mo. appointment at Mayo a couple days ago. My wife and I haven't felt right about the interaction since.During the appointment, we were asked to give our son a certain shot 4 separate times. When my wife left the room for a phone call in regards to her current pregnancy, the doctor started telling me we are putting our unborn child at risk and wouldn't come off the topic. Lastly, we did order a couple shots for our son at the end of the appt. When the nurse administrating the shots entered our room she came prepared with the specific shot we refused saying it was ordered for for our son by the "doctor".Why does Mayo consider the authority of their staff above the parents of their patients? This was practically a dystopian interaction and I can't believe one of the top hospitals in the world would allow such malpractice. We are now looking to switch from Mayo to Olmsted.

Hate your new refill line. Gi back to the old way. This way sucks. Then waited for 25 minutes to talk to someone. Not a very good system. Will tell others about this also.

Mayo Clinic really needs to re-evaluate their pharmacy system always long waits and lines I understand insurance (legal money launderers) companies are to blame too
