Absolutely amazing customer service and product knowledge. I have owned Movados for a very long time. The work and precision is excellent. The Workman ship and the value in price is unbeatable. I had a broken pin in esperanza Movado and he was able to pull it out and re-drill (with my permission) and add a new pin at a fraction on the coast. Also set me up with a new battery. Super smart and knowledgeable. Id recommend over any other watch store that just wants to charge a lot more and you don't know what your getting. My business will all always be with Master Jewelers as they continue to be a pleasure to work with. Thank you

Recently purchased an expensive luxury watch and needed help getting the band resized. Called around town including Lasker Jewler simply asking for a sizing, and was rudely told by a lady who answered the phone that unless I purchased my watch at Lasker they were not willing to help me out. Mind you, most places charge $30 to resize a watch band, whether or not you bought it from there or not. Called over to Master Jewelers and the lady who answered the phone was polite and helpful. Asked me to bring in my watch and they would see what they could do for me. Ended up bringing it in and not only were they personable, Bernie went above and beyond to make sure it was done right! So personable he didn't even want to charge to adjust the band after I mentioned how Lasker Jewler acted. True professionalism and character! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry repairs!!

We went into Master Jewelers for the first time yesterday and I felt compelled to write a review about our experience. It will be our jeweler from now on. The women who helped us was accommodating, pleasant and just plain impressive. The Master Jeweler is exceptional and a true talented artist. I am anxious to have a piece made especially for me. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this shop, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is incredible. Bernie can truly create anything you have in mind. My husband and I designed my wedding ring with Bernie and he created a stunning one of a kind piece that was exactly what we wanted.A few years later I came in with a stone that I wanted to set into a necklace. Not only did I receive the same incredible service, but everyone remembered me by name, my husband, and even our professions. It's hard to find personal, quality service like that and I'm thankful that Master Jewelers is in our area!

Today, I walked in looking for a spacer for my ring. (It is too big but haven’t sent in to get resized yet) I had been to Zales and had it clean and inspected as that is where we purchased from. They did not have another spacer to put on. I had bought a cheap rubber ones at Claire’s, but didn’t love the feel. Master Jewelers were very welcoming as I walked in. Helped me right on the spot, and made sure it was the right fit. I intend to go back as they do all resizing and soldering in store without sending out to be done. Thank you Bernie for your help!

Had a watch from my father that was no longer working. Reached out to a watch repair person that had been doing it for decades. He told me he retired and suggested seeing Bernie at Master Jewelers. I stopped in and explained it wasn’t a super expensive watch so I didn’t want to end up spending more than the watch cost to repair it.They charged $25 to replace the battery and take a link out. That was likely the best case scenario. They were super friendly and efficient. Now I have a new person to trust in the jewelry industry. Thanks again!

Bernie and his team do incredible work. They truly care about their clients and provide them with the best service. Bernie artfully crafted both my engagement ring and wedding band. They both turned out perfectly and even better than I could have imagined. He was able to include some family diamonds in my wedding band and was flexible in making sure the design was exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I have had such a great experience at Master Jeweler and will definitely revisit it in the future!
