Main Clinic Supply was very easy to do business with. I asked for a quote on their website and Leo sent me quotes that I was very happy with. I called to discuss the differences in warranties that were offered, placed my order, gave my Dr.'s Name and number and pooph! My unit was delivered next day."

I would never do business with this company again. I purchased the portable One G5 and an Inogen home concentrator. I purchased these on December 5th, My mom passed away on December 30. We used the portable concentrator two times. Both times were when my mom was returning from a hospital stay. We used the home concentrator for a total of 13 days. Upon my mom’s death I called to make sure I could return the items because I was in the 30 day return window. They said yes and that the restocking fee would be between 4 and 15 percent. I was charged the 15 % fee. I was told that the home concentrator was dropped. I can 100% assure that the concentrator was not dropped. It was returned in the same packing they used to send it to me. I was also told the 15% was based upon how long it took them to receive it. It was mailed on January 5th and they received it January 12th. I paid well over $100 in shipping, but could not control the shipping speed. I’m certain these machines probably have a usage counter on them where they could have checked the hours of usage. That would be a much better way to determine usage. The 15% return fee was totally unreasonable and they lied about the system being dropped.

Fantastic customer service. I have been dealing with this company for a number of years now and I'm still amazed at the quality of service from Main Clinic Supply. I have even sent emails late on a Sunday evening thinking I'd get a response in a day or two only to find that the first thing Monday morning a positive response was waiting for me. Mark Luther does a great job - can't praise this company enough.

So thankful I found Main Clinic Supply in Rochester to repair and service oxygen equipment right here in Minnesota. Previously, I was sending equipment out of state which is getting extremely expensive and time consuming. I telephoned 2 days before Christmas, discussed options to fix my portable oxygen concentrator. 12/24 grandson took POC to Fedex to deliver to Main Clinic, received by them 12/26. Repaired POC arrived back to me on 12/28! Now I am able to leave my house again. Excellent service, Ricky G was a pleasure to work with. Thanks ? highly recommend.

The sales representative was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The product was delivered the next day and was packaged extremely well. I would like to publicise my excellent customer service experience with Portable Oxygen Specialist Ricky Gardea. I am located in Australia, so I’ve not purchased my Inogen G5 Oxygen Concentrator from main clinic supply. Nevertheless, on numerous occasions Ricky has altruistically offered me his expert advice, which proved very helpful for me. I am well researched on these devices, and can certainly tell that Ricky is very knowledgeable in regards to his products. I would recommend for anyone residing in the US to purchase their Oxygen Concentrator from main clinic supply.

Cynthia, IL"Ricky was awesome. He spent time explaining the different machines. I am very happy with my inogen GS 100. I finally got the first good night sleep in a while. Also got an extended warranty on my inogen 3 portable. From all the reviews. I am confident that they will take care of my machine. Looking forward to have found a reputable company, after spending a lot of money with another company, during, the last seven years. I found main clinic supply. When looking for part for my portable inogen 3. Which I was told, I could no longer get.Thank you again.P.S. Customer service is great. My oxygen unit was not working and of course, anyone on oxygen knows how important it is to get the unit repaired as quickly as possible. Ricky explained everything precisely and the next morning my unit was on its way to Main Clinic Supply. Was notified when it arrived and when it would return. Bought an Innogen G5 with extra battery, carrying case, backpack, car and wall charger back in January 2023. I spent $2400 on the package because I needed to be mobile and have concentrated oxygen. I received a lung transplant a short time ago, and no longer need supplemental oxygen. Tried to use their buy back program thinking I would get a decent offer back considering it had only been used for 550 hours and less than a year old. They offered me $200 for everything .... I bet they wouldnt even cover shipping. What a joke, talk about taking advantage of people.

I could not be more satisfied dealing MCS. First, I ordered the wrong Inogen, once I received it I realised it was not what I needed. I returned it 2 days later and received another one overnight - happy with it. Thank you Leo, you were helpful and patient all along, always fast answering my questions. Second, yesterday I had a problem with the battery. A technician (Josh?) promptly called me back, problem solved. Highly recommend MCS for product quality and excellent service.

We are completely satisfied with our experience with Main Clinic Supply from start to finish. To start - they answered the phone!! No small thing! Rachel was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and we completed the order on the same call. They contacted the doctor the next day to get my husbands prescription and we got a confirmation notification that it was all set and we would receive our equipment the next day by noon and we did! It was carefully packaged and so easy to set up we didn't need any directions. My husband is so pleased with the freedom the portable oxygen concentrator provides. It is pricey but worth every penny in terms of quality of life. A big thank you to Rachel!! And I would highly recommend this company to others. We had a few other experiences prior to this call with other companies and they were very frustrating. So glad we passed them by and moved on to Main Clinic Supply!"

By the time we were all done it was mid-afternoon and I received my new G5 at 1:00 the next day.
