I took my vehicle in to Penz Nissan because my car would not start. They figured out what it was. They fixed it promptly like always. I enjoyed my service I received from them since I bought my car there almost 3 years ago. They’re fast they’re courteous and they’re just all around awesome.

Being a client at Nissan is just better, some people doesn't have Nissan application so they might not know what's going on with their car, like the system, tires, sensors, screen, and even the lights, so they called me to check on my car and schedule an appointment, which is really good, I am happy to be a customer at Nissan dealership especially because they have such a good employees, I always deal with David and he is always trying to help me finding the best way to cover the service at a short amount of time.
I recommend Nissan!!

We were very satisfied with our first service experience at Nissan Rochester. Tegin was awesome in helping us review the inspection report and interpreting the results. Although this dealership is well over an hour away, we definitely will be back.

Tegin is my go to person. Explains everything in detail to me. Cayden was the one available last week when I got my oil change and didn’t explain anything to me or tell me anything. The only thing mentioned was my air filter which I got replaced then and there but he did not mention other things and then turned over and said that one of their less experienced techs forgot to add those things that weren’t mentioned to me. My car wouldn’t start so I took it in again a week later and after it was done Cayden did not explain anything right to me and just handed me over to Tegin which I was more than fine with but I know how busy she is. If staff doesn’t know how to deal with customs don’t have them deal with customers.

My experience was not positive other than the receptionist being able to get me in the same day. I am from 4 hours away here at Mayo with my daughter. My drivers side seat belt wouldnt fasten , it was jammed. For safety driving home brought it in to be fixed. The service department did an inspection, charged me 165.00 and didnt fix it. Said I would have to replace it and it would take 3 days. I paid the bill for the half hearted 5 min inspection, and an all point's inspection I didnt need- then out of despiration went to auto zone got lubricant for the seat belt latch and a screw driver and fixed it myself. Not a great way to end an already stressful trip. Would not recommend
