We had a rear bumper replaced on our van and Bob went above and beyond. He cleaned up some other paint blemishes, vacuumed the interior, washed the outside, shined the tires, and performed the work quickly and professionally. I came to Bob to have some serious rust work done on my car in the late summer. It is difficult to find any autobody shop that will do this in the first place, and Bob completed the job for a reasonable price so I could keep my car looking nice for a few more years. His team takes the time to detail and polish the car up after any work is done, and he also provided me a small jar of paint for any touch ups. The work looked very good, but unfortunately some discoloration show up a few months later and I brought my car back to Bob to take a look. He fixed the issue and an unrelated bumper problem in under 24 hours. Bob works to make sure his customers are satisfied! The only critique I have is that I had to wait a few weeks to get my work done in the late summer - but that just goes to show that Bob has a long list of customers happy with the price and quality of his work and is expected with any in-demand service. I will certainly be returning with any autobody needs I have in the future and I would highly recommend supporting this small business to anyone!
