Made an appointment for my mom for a makeover and she was thrilled! Knowledge of the staff and how they treated her was amazing! She is thrilled with the new look and is looking forward to the next appointment

ERIN is my heroine ... expert at perms, highlights, cuts, & styling. She performed her magic on me with the best style for my hair type & face shape. My fine, limp hair stubbornly resists perms, but Erin was able to give it a beautiful bounce. It's no surprise that she won perming contests in cosmetology college. Erin also knows her stuff regarding products. She transformed my hair from frizzy straw into soft silk, which is a miracle considering my perms, highlights, blow drying, & hot irons. Erin is patient, non-judgmental, a good listener, and exceptionally talented.
With her confidence, calm enthusiasm, and abilities of a well-read conversationalist, she makes my appointments relaxing, enjoyable, and even inspiring.
She never makes you feel rushed. While you're in her chair, she is laser focused like you are her only concern. Ten stars.

Wonderful and talented stylists. Erica is fabulous, always willing to share ideas of new hair trends, and very willing to work with your ideas. Emily is a fabulous masseuse, and Maggie provides amazing, personalized facials! I highly recommend LaSaa.

they absolutely ruined my hair, some other stylist there decided to tell whoever i got to push my part line almost an inch higher on the back of my head than where i told them, and now my friends make fun of my hair and the only thing i can reasonable think of doing to fix it is to get a buzz cut and start fresh. very, very disappointed.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Really enjoyed my trip to Lasata today! I had Erin do a shampoo and haircut, and it turned out perfectly - exactly what I wanted (just a light trim with layers). It was a very relaxing experience, and Erin was great to talk to. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly!Service: Hairstyling

Love this salon. Very welcoming. Stylist Jodie is phenomenal. She is so tallented in both color and cut, I don't know what I would do without her. She takes her time with you and you never feel rushed. She makes you feel like a queen!

BEWARE. Absolutely HORRIBLE JOB. Erin told me when she was cutting my hair that she had cut a ladies hair who loved it when she left and then called to complain after she got home. And I totally understand why. Erin has become a professional at hiding her imperfections with styling the hair before you leave so you don’t notice how bad it is. I did try calling the salon to get it fixed before I posted this review and the owner of the salon was extremely rude to me and disrespectful. I was at work and they literally called me about 10 times in a row. And I told them I had until the 18th to start my new job and I wanted my haircut done before that and she told me that if they put it out that far then it’s like I’m getting a whole new haircut for free. But I only gave her that option because she was having struggles to “fit me in” so then I gave her a little more time. But apparently then I would have to pay again. Ha ha ha I should have never paid for the one I have now or my sons.
