I called about a Cadillac Kuehn is advertising online that had relatively few pictures. Their salesman Tom Dawson said he would look at the car for me and check several places where the pictures were unclear about scratches, dings, and a fairly large stain on the door. He came back without any pictures to tell me that it did have a few marks but no details other than "what did I expect?" I made an offer within 7% of the asking price and no one even bother to call me to tell me whether it was accepted, rejected or countered. I consider this very sub-par performance. How this place gets a boatload of 5 star reviews really make me question the authenticity of any review I see about this dealership anywhere.

Only giving it 1 start because the salesman Tom who I was dealing with was great and very helpful, but he was not able to be their because he was sick. The salesman that helped me out when I got their was not helpful, the guy in credit was also rude. Both their attitudes were not welcoming or even nice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER and if you do just go with Tom
