Store manage at Sephora doesn’t care about your concerns at all. She has a poor attitude and encourages someone to report her to corporate and her store manager at kohls as well. She thinks she is above the customer when it comes to customer service and helping a customer out. Her lack of customer service and poor attitude aren’t acceptable, especially as the kiosks manager of a storefront inside of a major retailer like kohls. If kohls management supports her in how she treats someone, they too should be investigated on whether they are fit to be in management. I’m appalled by how I was treated and how she reacted to a customers concern. Especially when the site states the product is in store on both sephoras site and kohls site and yet they don’t have it and she hasn’t seen it before, yet she is the stores manager. Hmm, makes a person think that just anyone could be the manager of your store.

Kohls 20 pct. Off is a joke. They advertise it as store wide but when you go to the store half of the stuff is ineligible for discount. Done with Kohls!!!

Wanted to buy a certain item on sale but kohl's cash reward was increasing the next week from $10 to $15 per $50 spent. . So I asked the manager if item was still going to be on sale next week to take advantage of more kohl's cash. He said no, so I bought it. The item is still on sale when I looked today! I lost $25 kohl's cash. I called and was told I would lose money if I returned item and re- buy it for more kohl's cash (cause I already used the original KC) . And their app is very hard to use. Customer service is awful.

Be very careful when returning items!!! I got home and noticed the clerk entered the wrong item from my receipt for my return. It was about $20 and for me, that matters. Lessoned learned. Next time I will closely supervise any return.
