Worst tax experience ice ever had. From booking appointments to actually filing there were errors and unprofessional service at every step. They wasted two weeks of my time and lots of gas for them to tell me sorry we can't file your return due to an unidentified system error. They have lost a returning customer.

All 3 ladies working tonight provided exceptional customer services. Quintella did an excellent job working on my tax return and provided excellent customer service. Princess was helpful and courteous and did everything possible to have the process go as smoothly as possible and answered all questions! Overall excellent service!
