“Dustin and Jahrel are absolutely amazing. Dustin created a great deal for us and did not pressure us. Which I wish he did because we went and made a mistake signing with another company. And this company really messed a lot of stuff up. Jahrel worked with us for HOURS fixing our mistake and even helping us do many transfers/ phone things.T mobile is great. The people at this store are transparent, honest, kind and honestly just great.”

“Jessie was professional, pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, and patient. She allowed us time to decide on the best phone for what we needed. Her pleasant personality, patience, and professionalism would rank her to be the manager. When we returned to turn in our previous phone, we talked with the manager, we felt he did not care that we were there, was not professional or welcoming in anyway. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. This manager was by far the worst encounter I have had in all those years. 5 Stars for Jessie/1 Star for the Manager we encountered.”

“Moved 4 phones from Spectrum and got new iPhones and a lower monthly bill... Ziad is the best, helped me set up the App and got our free Netflix/Apple tv hooked up. So much easier to deal with and data is way faster than Spectrum. Thank you Again Ziad!”
