I was at this store on 8/17/24 & the experience was disgusting! I will never return to this store ever for many reasons. At 9:30 am they only had 1 cashier to check out my grocery order. No personal greeting or anything & there were no baggers to bag my groceries. I bagged all my groceries & no one to have me drive up to pick up my $280.00 grocery bill. I explained to 1 front end manager & she just said she understands! This has not been the 1st time this happened. I could have gone to Walmart & gotten everything a lot cheaper. I even had to tear off my own grocery receipt, cashier made no attempt to give that to me either. Terrible service!

I had a problem with my WIC saying I could only use so many items at once on my grocery list and Jo Ann and another employee I think a manager whose name starts with a D were so kind and took their time helping me fix it to make sure everything got covered and figured out. Thank you both so much!

It's a fairly comprehensive store. It's neat and tidy. The crew's always friendly. I wish the had a better beer and wine selection.

Poor selection for anything that isn't pre-made. If you are shopping for ingredients you likely won't find them, or will just find an empty shelf. For instance they will commonly have many brands/sizes of chicken breasts to choose from, but no other cuts of chicken (thighs, drums, wings, ect). Produce section is also limited and not well stocked.
Update: There are still many issues with the selection and missing product. The shelves are never fully stocked, and they often have isles full of boxes making it hard to navigate.

Bought two of the YAKINIKU steaks today, got them home seared them at about 500 degrees, and these steaks were horrible. And I think I found a small piece of wire in one of the steaks. Hy-vee your steaks are horrible and they cost way too much.

I wish they had Hy-Vee in Tucson . The deli is phenomenal and the layout of the store is great .
