Hyvee west circle can be considered the flagship of Rochester. This has all the premiere areas of a supermarket including full service bakery, deli, seafood and meat departments as well as extended international, frozen, dairy and health. The staff are friendly and willing to assist no matter what the question. Without a doubt this is is my first choice here in Rochester, especially NW. Stop by for all your needs.

PACKED...so many people out shopping I was shocked. Even though the store was overflowing with customers, I was able to get every item on my list, and I was thankful the store had my items. My checkout young man was fast and very friendly and I was on my way in no time

I had a problem with my WIC saying I could only use so many items at once on my grocery list and Jo Ann and another employee I think a manager whose name starts with a D were so kind and took their time helping me fix it to make sure everything got covered and figured out. Thank you both so much!

It's a fairly comprehensive store. It's neat and tidy. The crew's always friendly. I wish the had a better beer and wine selection.

Love coming here and being treated like you don't belong there! The lady was extremely rude at the customer service counter and i'm always followed like i'm stealing especially if i get expensive cuts at the meat counter! Probably won't ever shop there again!..... New fiasco...So stopped by even though I get profiled every time. My kids wanted Hy-Vee Chinese food. I ordered quite a bit of food and received very little. The person went out of his way to give me small portions yet other people had their plates filled. I tried giving it a go only to be treated differently than other customers. This place is definitely hostile towards minorities. the other hy-vees are okay

I was at this store on 8/17/24 & the experience was disgusting! I will never return to this store ever for many reasons. At 9:30 am they only had 1 cashier to check out my grocery order. No personal greeting or anything & there were no baggers to bag my groceries. I bagged all my groceries & no one to have me drive up to pick up my $280.00 grocery bill. I explained to 1 front end manager & she just said she understands! This has not been the 1st time this happened. I could have gone to Walmart & gotten everything a lot cheaper. I even had to tear off my own grocery receipt, cashier made no attempt to give that to me either. Terrible service!

Edit to say I’m still so disappointed in this store!! They finally finished their renovations just to segregate all of their products? I HATE the separation of the “health foods”. It forces you to shop two stores and encourages people to buy unhealthy items. What a bad idea. I guess I just need to find a new grocery store. ?
Two visits in and I’m beyond frustrated with this store!! You should be able to sign up for the perks program at the checkout. Also it’s been weeks how much longer will this store be destroyed inside?
